Large Project Coordinator(自动化大项目)

(Taicang, Jiangsu)

Entry Level Position

Become the central coordinator for large automation projects (involving storage systems) for the Chinese market

- Support sales representatives in assessing customer needs

- Draft system layouts (layout creator) and support the generation of custom-tailored solutions for each customer, incl. facilitation of time studies, on-site and other special requirements,…

- Coordinate the project planning and support installation coordination (customer, TW, STOPA, TCN Sales, TCN Service, TCN Application, TCN Order Processing, local suppliers,…)

- Facilitate the generation and continuous improvement of a stream-lined process for large automation projects at TCN

- Provide ongoing product support and technical training to sales representatives

- …

1. 0-3 years of experience in a sales, technical or project management role in a high technology environment

2. Good technical understanding (mechanical, production management systems and/or automation technology) and deep interest in advanced machines and processing technologies.

3. Advanced Project Management Skills

4. Analytical skills and structured problem solving

5. Strong oral and written communication skills

6. Sales and customer oriented personalilty

7. Chinese (native), fluent German and/or English (CET 6, fluent in writing and orally)

8. Ability to communicate on eye-level with senior customer representatives, sales representatives, internal leadership etc.
