- 12 months on-the-job training inChina / 12 months training in Europe
- You will develop and modify ourproducts, processes and methods, examine root causes and solve encounteredproblems
- Master degree or Ph.D. in achemical-related subject
- Strong communication skills inChinese and English, German is a plus
- On-going support from your personalmentor from management

- Master degree in a chemical-relatedsubject or equivalent overseas experience
- Strong communication skills inChinese and English
- On-going support from your personalguide and mentor
