Experienced Position
- Analyze and understand customers’ business strategies, future product plans and seek newbusiness opportunities/business models
- Define business priorities and both initiate andmanage business development activities
- Work with Sales & MarketingTeam in the development and execution of product roadmaps
- Actively participate in thepreparation of yearly budget and longer term strategic planning
Requirements:
- Degree holder in automotive orconsumer electronics related disciplines
- 5 years of relevant workingexperience in business development or related fields
- Proficiency in spoken and writtenEnglish and Mandarin

- Management and maintenance of PVDCoating production facilities
- Take the lead in driving forcontinuous process improvement of key production processes
- Degree in Material Science orMaterial Processing
- A strong background in metalsurface treatment and related disciplines
- 3 years of solid experience withoperating and managing a PVC Coating production plant
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
