•        Collect market trend information from sales, marketand technical site
•        Draw up a new development project in order to fulfilthe market requirement and company strategy
•        Ensure new product launches in order to get new customerorders
•        Master degree or above, major in chemical, materialscience
•        2 years relevant working experience
•        R&D working experience in adhesive, flux, solderpaste, or the microelectronics welding field
•        Excellent English for oral, read and write
