1. Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request
2. Assist account manager to plan and monitor the sales budget. Responsible for budget
application, settlement and review. This includes Sales support and customer
engagement
3. Analyze account performance by compiling data and develop presentation formats and
materials. Provides project results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking
reports.
4. Liaison with the field force agency to obtain activity and promotional materials.
5. Internal process execution and assist to arrange internal training.
Work closely with customer, account manager and product manager to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
2. Ability (including required communication skills) to work well with team, customers and
other departments
3. The ability to work in a fast paced environment in which work must be completed as
quickly as possible, without sacrificing quality
4. Basic project management and finance knowledge preferred
