Support majorprojects (including Project bidding management，Solutiondesign, SOC and so on);
Be able to developand manage the bidding documents and execute the bidding process of complex ICTprojects.
Understand andexecute the bidding strategy, participate in solution development, prepare theES, and consolidate and analyze quotations.
Identify and driveefforts to resolve the issues in bidding operations and solution development.
Ensure that thestrategy and solution are accurately and reasonably implemented, biddingdocuments are delivered in a complete and timely manner, and processes areexecuted in accordance with relevant requirements.
Develop thesolution, and conduct network design, bidding, and quotation for multipleproducts. Collect and analyze competitors' information, participate indeveloping and executing competition strategy
Build biddingIntellectual resource, Including: SOC library (Technology, Service, Commercialand so on), Bidding documents(Bidding supporting documents, Qualificationdocuments, Bidding regulations), Bidding Intellectual libraries（customer analysis , competition analysisand so on）; Build pre-salebidding regulations & procedures, and ensure the rationality of thebusiness procedure; Promote pre-sale bidding tools;
