工作职责:
1. Desktop IT technical support, daily management and maintenance of internal PCs and networks in large enterprises(桌面运维与IT技术支持,大型企业内部PC及网络的日常管理与维护)
2. Providing first level helpdesk support;(通过Ticket系统接收IT需求,提供IT一线服务)
3. Handle incoming requests and incidents from end users, either via email, Teams and portal phone;(通过电子邮件、团队和门户电话处理来自最终用户的IT服务需求。)
4. Create and maintain Knowledge Article according to objectives.(根据设定的目标创建和维护IT手册)
任职要求:
教育背景 Education Background
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer/ Technical background, Information Technology, Computer Science etc;
(本科或以上学历, 计算机或者理工科背景)
Relevant experience can compensate for lacking formal education
(若是非计算机/信息技术等教育背景,有相关的IT经验也可以)
专业知识 Professional Skills
1. Familiar with Windows ;(熟悉Windows系统 )
2. Familiar with printer driver installation;(熟悉打印机驱动程序安装)
3. Familiar with Office software and setting;(熟悉办公软件和设置)
4. Familiar with basic network diagram;(熟悉基本网络图)
5. Familiar with end user group right management。(熟悉终端用户组权限管理)
6. Basic understanding in Linux (具备基础Linux知识)
7. Preferred with Cisco or Huawei certification (有思科或华为认证者将优先考虑)
语言能力 Language Ability
Good Germany & English communication skills (良好的英语和德语表达能力)
