Job description:
· Ability to remotely solve the auto repair problems online, including programming, clearing the error codes, troubleshooting
· Pre-sales/post-sales technical support of the remote expert products
· Solve the customer technical questions and feedback their needs
· Communication and cooperation between the customers and the R&D department
· Sorting, summarizing, and analyzing customer data
Job requirements:
· Professional training or above degree, with knowledge in auto repair, communications, machinery, instrumentation, automotive service engineering, automotive application engineering, etc.;
· 5+ years related Experience
· Fluent in English and German, any other European language is a plus
· Excellent learning ability, good service consciousness
· Teamwork and intentional communication skills

工作职责:
- 能够在线远程为客户解决汽修相关问题的处理,包括编程,清码,故障解疑,及时反馈客户需求
- 负责海外远程专家市场的售前/售后技术支持工作,包括英文,德文邮件、通信软件在线及电话沟通
- 作为面向海外客户的技术沟通和交流窗口,及时处理海外客户反馈的产品技术问题
- 负责跟踪客户反馈的技术问题并最终解决,搜集客户需求并对研发部门进行反馈
- 负责客户问题的整理,汇总,分析,协助提升研发部门解决问题的效率以及问题规避能力
任职要求:
- 专业培训及以上学历,需具备汽修,通信、机械、仪器、汽车服务工程、汽车运用工程等专业知识
- 需具有相关5年以上工作经验,可英语,德语顺畅交流,有其它语言能力更佳
- 工作思路条理性强,具有较强执行力,良好的抗压能力,团队意识好
- 学习能力较强,服务意识佳,责任心强,工作细致、严谨
- 有较强的自我驱动能力
