For our teamin Munich, we are currently looking for a
Internal Sales Executive/Sales Support Graduate
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the coordination of the execution phase of the sales projects atUtility scale (from sales order signed until delivery and payment) with the relevantinternal departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, Logistics) and with Customer'scounterparts.
· Familiarize with Salesforce system and assist in analyzing customer salesorder and margin data, and provide insight into financial performance.
· Data comparison and troubleshooting in Project Books vs HQ data vs BigData.
· Prepare documents (payment advice, credit memo) for clients usingtemplates.
· Ensure effective documentation and reporting of all sales executionactivities to line manager.
· Additional small tasks to relief sales execution team.
Requirements:
· University Degree (International Trade, Business Management, Engineeringor Renewable or other engineering majors)
· Strong analytical and communication skills
· Proactive self-starter and problem solver;
· Self-motivated and able to effectively manage his/her time, especiallyduring the quarter end periods;
· Attitude to work with a young and dynamic team
· Strong computer skills (MS Office)
· Creativity and motivation for Sales related.
· Detail Oriented
Languages:
· Proficiency in English is a must, otherlanguages such as German and Chinese are a plus.
