Being responsible for data validation and resolving discrepancies within tight deadlines;
Manage relationships with various stakeholders and local payroll providers with on the accuracy and timely receipt of payroll reports;
Knowledge of social security, tax laws and regulations
Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations and accrual reports;
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies;
Support various internal and external audits;
Manage our payroll system with the support of an external provider
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
2-3 years of experience with German Payroll, ideally in an international cooperate.
Experience in SAP HR (Payroll), ADP, Datev, and or other financial payroll modules is helpful
Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude;
