Main Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle across various EU location, segments and function
• Lead Talent Acquisition team and development initiatives with the aim of building organizational capability to meet business objectives • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates by direct sourcing, proactive market research, and ongoing relationship management.
• Help define and drive strategic sourcing strategies to attract the best talents
• Conducting interviews and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience by using our assessment tools (interviews, case studies, cognitive testing, reference checks) • Serving as the main point of contact, ensuring all candidate correspondence is completed in a timely manner.
• Drafting employment contracts according to templates and supporting onboarding process
• Supporting Employer Branding initiatives • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends in the industry that have short and long-term implications on the business.
• Preparing relevant reports
• Other day to day ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Talent Acquisition or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an in-house talent function or in a recruitment agency in an multinational environment
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with colleagues and candidates on senior level
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to with great attention to detail toward very tight deadlines
• Passion about HR and Talent Acquisition methods
• Problem solver with strong work ethics Language:
• Fluent in English and Chinese as well as one other of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Spanish
