Develop, implement and maintain embedded software for our company's EVSE products.
Collaborate with the hardware design team to ensure that software and hardware are fully integrated.
Create software designs and specifications that meet the company's requirements.
Ensure that software meets quality standards, is scalable, reliable and efficient.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including software requirements, design, and test plans.
Participate in the product development cycle, from concept to delivery.
Provide technical support to the production team, resolving issues and bugs.
Work with external partners to ensure software compatibility with third-party systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field of EVSE embedded software.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of embedded software design and development, including C and C++ programming languages.
Experience in developing software for real-time systems.
Familiarity with software development tools, including debuggers, compilers, and integrated development environments (IDEs).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in the automotive or EV industry is a plus, but not required.
Fresh Bachelor graduates with relevant coursework in embedded software development are welcome to apply.
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.

A degree in industrial engineering with a focus on logistics, supply chain management or comparable.
At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial company.
International logistics background. Having knowhow about international trading and incoterms. Experienced in dealing with all kinds of transportation such as sea, railway, air.
Very good ERP (e.g SAP) and MS Office skills.
Fluent in English, Mandarin. German ( B1 at least) is a must.
Valid EU-driving license.

Strong problem-solving ability. Effectively solve logistics issues.

Calendar management and organization of internal and external appointments.
Handling incoming communications, prioritizing messages, and responding to inquiries on behalf of management.
Booking of travel and accommodation requirements, issuing expense reports.
Collaboration with other departments to facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment with board initiatives.
Support in the coordination of internal events.
Maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date repository of board-related documents.
Confident and discreet communication with contacts at various levels across and outside the company.
Contribute to the creation of a motivating and modern corporate culture together with the HR and the administrative team.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience of 2-3 years in a similar position.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, and take initiative when needed.

Proficiency in English, German and Chinese, both written and spoken (C1 level), additional languages would be a plus.
