Demonstrate an ability to build executive relationships at major accounts.
Identify opportunities and challenges within the account base and create strategies to maximize sell through, profit, revenue and market share.
Establish and track an annual account budget, which includes sales and profits.
Develop sales plan to achieve sales and profit targets for current and prospective accounts both Annual & Quarterly basis.
Conduct and/or receive weekly reviews of sales, RMAs, returns & allowances (R&A), quotes, promotions, sell through, inventory management, turns, forecasts, replenishment orders, backorders, and any other account activities that will impact financial results for the account(s). Resolve or delegate any issues that arise as a result of the reviews.
Execute strategies to reduce RMAs, minimize returns and allowances, and overall profitability.
Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products, and pricing that may impact sales efforts and communicate this information to all sales management and other departments as necessary.
Review and analyze daily sales results and compare actual v. projected / plan results. Formulate plans to respond to the analyses.
Travel to trade-shows and customer sites required. Depending on the assignment, international travel may be required.
Effectively work across internal functional groups (Regional GTM, Sales OPs, BG Team, Others) to collaborate, program manage and execute to customer expectations.
Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
Requirements:
Sales experiences with Key retail partners in EU.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a positive and open mindset.
Target market native speaker; strong written and verbal skills in both English and Local language.
Strong communicator and team-player. Natural leaders are able to help each team member reach their full potential and achieve superior performance while pursuing a common goal.
Outstanding consumer, product, and marketing strategy abilities. Creative and logical thinker.
Strong cross cultural skills.
Minimum 3 years related experience; Consumer electronic brand sales experience will be preferred.
Bachelor Degree or above.

Devise, integrate and execute regional communication campaigns for new products to reach the business objectives
Identify local market growth opportunities that meet the objectives of brand development and business performance by analyzing consumers, customers, competitors and market dynamics
Cooperate with global marketing and local marketing team to develop, execute and review the integrated marketing communication plan (online & offline)
Communicate marketing related information and coordinate cross-functional teams between headquarter and regions for marketing initiatives
Collaborate with the internal teams (creative, advertising, PR, social, sales and etc.) and external agencies to develop and deploy marketing campaigns
Manage and control the marketing budget to meet objectives, enhance performance and optimize allocation efficiency
Establish and streamline the business process, method and policy to increase business efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
6+ years working experience of brand communication or product marketing is a MUST.
Experience of both local marketing and global marketing is a plus.
Experience of working oversea is a plus.

Resposibility:
Gathering and screening sales leads from online/offline partners
Providing potential customers with information about residential solar/energy storage products and demonstrating products portfolio
Gathering information to accurately identify the customer’s solar/energy storage needs and suggesting packaged solution within selected product portfolio
Preparing or reviewing designs for the customer’s installation and grid connection applicaiton.
