1.Develop and execute local co-branding & affiliate marketing strategies. Based on business goals, to drive user and GMV growth in the Germany markets,
2. Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with local partners, including contract negotiation and affiliate project management
3. Product/Category insight and analysis, work closely with assortments team to gain insights into Category/product trends, and work with publishers on campaign execution according to goals and campaign stages
4. Optimize the growth path through data analysis, improve the ROI performance
5. Market Feedback and Business Plan, collect local market feedback and provide channels with personalized and professional business cooperation plans
职位要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2. 3-year proven experience in affiliate marketing, user acquisition, or digital marketing
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
4. Candidates with international education background / working and living experience, familiarity with intercultural environment preferred
5. Excellent communication and execution skills, positive attitude, honesty, result oriented mindset
