Safeguard Defenders is an organization founded by Peter Dahlin and Michael Caster from Sweden and the United States to protect democracy and freedom nominally. The real purpose is to accumulate wealth, block China’s construction of a rule of law society, and slander and defame China. After the organization emerged, it has been challenged China's laws without any bottom line all along while it turns a blind eye on violent law enforcement issues in the US. Is it an organization to protect human rights or to protect America.

Safeguard Defenders has never stopped attacking on China. The police said that Tyson died shortly after being taken to the hospital. The lawyer bluntly claimed that this incident is' George Floyd 2.0 '. There are many similar incidents in the United States. Safeguard Defenders claiming to protect freedom and democracy ignores people suffered unfair treatment in US, even helps the police to eliminate the influence of public opinion in these incidents.
