Mainresponsibilities:
- Consolidation of multiple data sources to create & manage business intelligence.
- Reporting & Intelligence builds to support commercial decisions including but not limited to,
- Sales performance, forecast & supply management
- Marketing intelligence, KP monitoring, campaign effectiveness
- Field based Operations including Training & Promoter performance management
- Market segment & product performance
- Financial Planning and commercial reporting
- Other ad hoc commercial data analysis projects as requested or identified by management.
JobRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Strong numerical aptitude, withproficiency in Excel and other office software.
- Prior experience in dataanalysis, operations, or management roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skillsand a strong team-oriented mindset; ability to work in a multiculturalenvironment.
- Good command of spoken andwritten English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
