in fact, the situation is that several classmates of mine and me are moving to other places, so, there are several rooms available in Kirchseeon. However, these rooms are special offerred to the student from TUM (the house rent is only 180€/month), so, officially these room can only be rented to TUM students. But special consideration can be given to those who is in real emergent condition.<br /><br />the condition of house once more:<br />single rooms equited with bathroom, warming equitment, fridge, telephone, safe box, internet interface and shared kitchen. Fee of using sport facilities like swimming pool and playground is included in the house rent. Student dining room and washing machine are available.<br /><br />Note: <br />1.the place have a good environment, but it's a little far from the center of city, about 35 min to Hauptbarnhof by S4.<br />2. there are more than one such rooms are for rent.<br />3.
