标题: 慕尼黑好房出租（从现在开始）(已出租，谢谢)
地点 在U6的Nordfriedhof.在著名的Englishes Garten附近.
步行5分钟到Englishes Garten.

房间１８平米，家具齐全，带一个大阳台。可以供７，８个人烧烤。

Wohnung是一个３室的房子，一间房东住，一间作为她的工作室，剩下这间出租。

房东是一位德国女士，人不错

房租 300欧全包.

yes, it has the internnet, but you need to have a long internet line...
i do not have the photos of the room. if you are interested, please call the Vermieterin, and have an appointment to have a look
