这次一家化妆品店给开的是一份白色的Ausfuhrkassenzettel单子，第二行写了：Ausfuhr-und Abnehmerbescheinigung fur Umsatzsteuerzwecke bei Ausfuhren im nichtkommerziellen Reiseverkehr。我google了一下，意思是：Export certificate and the customer for sales tax purposes in exports in non-tourist。似乎像是退税的意思。但是没有写明退税的比率，只写了商品总价和和种类Kosmetik（化妆品）。其他就是店的地址签名什么的。
