你好，我是今年的四月到七月要去慕尼黑TUM当交换学生的台湾学生。非常有意愿想租这房子!!! 目前人在台湾，无法去看房，但是想向你询问房子的详细情形，可以麻烦你与我联络吗? 谢谢你!

    for me i can give the room to anyone, but now the problem is i have not receive the confirmation from the company who owns the room. pls wait several day
