•        Fluently in both spoken written English and Mandarin

Responsibilities Duties:

5 V1 K9 h' k2 {& C•        Develop, enhance and monitor assigned Joint Ventures 5 K! u( r) K( i9 f( Z6 [# _
•        Market development of specified countries % V: H0 W9 t2 j( n8 O5 @6 \0 z
•        In Detail( O" H8 |8 c" |  ~/ `: R
•        Establish clear mile stone plans in cooperation with MTU-FN MA-department during the setting up process of new Joint Ventures.
4 ~% L4 K# A1 n/ Q/ O•        Team-member in Joint Venture projects: Act as a coordinator between JV-partner and MTU/Tognum-organisation.7 ~) B5 b6 A. w5 |& s( n& y2 D
•        Supervise the implementation of post transaction tasks for currently established and newly set-up Joint Ventures. Responsibility: Ensure that the Joint Ventures act in    accordance to the agreed business plans and the Tognum rules and regulations described in the Joint Venture contracts.2 v3 c  q, S1 v. ]
•        Monitor the performance of the assigned Joint Ventures in relation to the agreed business plans and the respective market and business development.  l1 w- H: o3 f
•        Settle disputes between the Joint Venture partners. Responsibility: Ensure proper behaviour of related parties.! W; A8 h+ G: N& s% ^3 W
•        Formulate appropriate market strategies for specified countries in North-East-Asia.! B& s( N  h: H- F2 B
•        Implement these strategies and secure a proper follow-up.
* Y9 n  m# x, e+ r5 |9 }& k1 [2 O+ H•        Expand distribution network according to the approved strategy.
