Job Description:
· You will be responsible for offering technical support to both Pre-sales and Post sales business to Partner or Customer on GPRS/UMTS/LTE Core Network products.
· Project implementation according to project arrangement
· Maintenance owner of PS Core Network for different operators (O2,T-Mobile .etc)
· Maintain customer relationship in engineer-specialist-leader-manager levels
· Able to go on business trips within Germany
Qualification:
· Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering study
· Proven ability to interact with diverse customers in a multi-cultural environment.
· In-depth, current, technical knowledge of: 3GPP, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, Broadband, Unix and oracle data base .etc
· Ability to understand the commercial environment whilst focusing on technical issues.
· Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in German and English
