The Project Manager will be reporting directly to the Legal Expert and will be involved in:) ~; K% ^) ]5 j, N& C, Y$ w @
- Establishment and maintenance of knowledge products on legal questions such as guides, reference papers, and databases on legal issues relevant to European SMEs; 1 r" ?; r+ Q* j2 q: J- Organisation of training courses, seminars, workshops; and! P D7 n: b# m- h( \* u' @* s+ l

Qualifications and skills: ; J# f! F7 M& |! w2 _1. Excellent understanding of China’s legal environment for business, particularly from the perspective of challenges faced by foreign companies investing in China and exporting to China;! b0 Y9 i8 h- u9 o" S, ?& i
2. Ability to work independently and to analyse and report clearly on complex legal and regulatory issues; 8 _* W; P1 ]6 g g3 A3. At least three years legal working experience in China, in particular with regard to Chinese company law, commercial law, labour law, customs law or taxation law; 9 } Z9 J+ K# o* F4. Graduation from a Chinese University with academic degree in law; an advanced international law degree would be a plus ' b! z& T3 Z; q) i% S0 ?% d
5. Good communication skills, working languages will be primarily English and Chinese;4 y8 A/ i" r) l) d! |

8.
