http://www.versandapo.de/en/9250/4133123/AMEU-500-mg-Kapseln.htm我买的深海鱼油是AMEU 500 mg的，但是用法我看得不明白，说明书上怎么是10～20粒每天？太多了吧 我德语不太好，上网查了个英文说明 3 M3 W( L3 W: E  y0 Z4 L- To the ptosis of very raised Triglycerids (blood fat reflector) twice 5-10 capsules per day. 4 n: S" r; X1 x1 n' C- To the positive influencing of the blood fat system, the assembly-line qualities of the blood and the blood pressure behaviour three times 1-2 capsules per day. 什么意思啊

一般人每天三次 每次1-2片
每天两次 每次5-10片的好像是血脂特高的人
