• Enhance customer relationships
• Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service customer accounts. Collect and analyze all marketing information.
• Create co-operative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models and support product features.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrate ability to manage customer accounts and improve the Customer relationship.
• Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans.
• Detailed knowledge of local carrier business models and service management strategies.
Skills/Experience:
• Experiences in Customer relationship promotion
• Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people
• Self motivated and capable of working under own initiative.
• Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills,
• Chinese/English spoken preferred.
