标题: SENIOR HARDWARE DEVELOPER FOR EV MOTOR DRIVE – EAST CHINA
Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Senior Hardware Developer for EV Motor Drive for a permanent role for one of our clients in the Automotive Industry, based Shanghai or Changzhou City in China.

RESPONSIBILITY
1. Responsible for hardware design of EV motor drive, including requirement development, product design and validation.
2. Analysis of hardware design, including simulations, DFMEA, reliability.
3. Selection of electrical components which meet electrical and thermal requirements.
4. Ensure hardware design meets EV needs electrically, thermally and mechanically.
5. Support plant with respect to electronics.
6. Documentation of hardware development.

COMPETENCIES
1. Electrical engineering major or the relevant, master degree or above.
2. Minimum 5 years of professional development experience in motor drive. Experience in automotive power train is highly preferred.
3. Proficient in power electronics (inverter) and MCU-based control circuit design. Familiar with EMC design, thermal design, electronic process.
4. Familiar with automotive (or industrial) hardware development process.
5. Good English skills in reading and writing.
6. Inverter firmware design experience preferred.

岗位职责：
1. 负责电动汽车电机控制器的硬件设计，包括需求开发，产品设计和验证。
2. 负责硬件设计的分析，如仿真分析、DFMEA、可靠性分析。
3. 选择满足控制器电气和温度规格的电子元件。
4. 确保硬件设计满足电动汽车应用的电气、温度及机械规格。
5. 对电机控制器的生产提供硬件方面的技术支持。
6. 硬件开发过程的文档编制。

任职资格：
1. 电气工程相关专业，硕士学历或以上。
2. 五年以上电机控制开发经验，有电动汽车驱动方面的经验优先。
3. 精通电力电子电路（尤其是逆变器）及基于MCU的控制电路设计，熟悉相关的EMC设计、散热设计、工艺。
4. 熟知汽车电子或工业领域硬件开发基本流程。
5. 良好的英语读写能力。
6. 有电机控制软件开发经验优先
