现租客6月底房租到期, 现重新寻找租客从7月开始入住. 房屋信息如下:
奥林公园, 宝马世界附近公寓从７月起出租. 公寓包含客厅, 餐厅, 厨房, 卫生间, 一个睡房, 面积总共７０平米. 公寓中各类崭新电器家具一应俱全, 保证生活品质. 周围２分钟的步行范围内有地铁站Ｕ３, 超市, 餐馆, ５分钟步行范围内有公园, 运动场地等, 非常方便舒适.
由于是转租, 希望租给一个人住的安静的女孩子, 最好是在工作的. 暖租价格７５０欧每月. 3个月起租. 可长租.

是的, 只能一个人住, 所以价格方面也是远低于正常价格出租的. 谢谢!

抱歉前段时间实在太忙, 没来得及打理房子的事儿. 之前有不少发短消息的, 我这里统一回复一下. 房子实在不方便租给两个人, 所以价格方面我也做了很大的让步, 还请大家谅解.
有单身妹妹需要租房的请继续联系我, ７月起可以入住.
