Job Summary – Major Functions and Activities
• Successfully introduce advanced international HR management experiences and technologies to stimulate employees’ enthusiasm to promote the progress of the whole group
• recuitement supporting for all the branch companies.
• Responsible for training programs driven by needs of the company
• Managing everyday HR administration including maintenance of effective HR database records, liaise with payroll department to ensure monthly accurate payroll and report and control of HR budget
• Managing international assignees in coordination with HR departments, managing relocation and repatriation, administering the immigration processes in a timely and efficient manner
• Managing relationship and compliance of service with external service providers (payroll services, relocation agencies, tax advisors, insurance companies, etc.)
• Contributing to HR policies and guidelines to ensure clear understanding of working environment
Requirements – Qualifications / Education / Knowledge and Experience / Skills required
• Above 5 years HR Management experiences in a famous group, or HR / business management consulting experiences in internationally renowned consulting firm
• Above 2 years management experiences
• Creative, spirit of innovation, leadership charisma, strong learning ability
• Personality with high degree of relationship intelligence, impactful communication skills and business intelligence
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken/written), German speaking is an advantage
• international/intercultural education background is appreciated
• Experienced and skilled with MS Office

Working conditions/Location
