Position: Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager (STC’s Germany Frontenhausen Operation)
An international consumer products testing, certification and inspection company, STC, with headquarters in Asia, is looking for high caliber candidates to fill the position of Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager. The successful candidate is expected to be posted in either STC’s Frontenhausen office (near to Munich) / Work from home anywhere as freelance job or sales agent.
Responsibilities
Develop new customers in consumer products testing compliance and regulatory field.
Generate key accounts for product testing, inspection and certification services.
Working with retailers, buyers which in turn to trigger their assigned factories in China or Asia to do product testing with STC’s laboratories.
Promote and enhance STC’s image in Germany.
Work closely with the global sales and group key account team in business development.
Plan, organize and direct business activities to drive and achieve set targets.
Organize and take part in local & international trade shows.
Qualifications Required
Academic background in Marketing, Science or Engineering related disciplines.
Not less than 5 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing, Business Development.
Experience and channels in developing new sales.
Hands-on connection with different retailers and buyers with sourcing in Asia.
Knowledge in international consumer products testing regulatory standards and compliance.
Prior experience / relationship with buyers, retailers, distributors and manufacturers requiring consumer product testing, inspection and certification.
Fluent in Spoken and written German and English/Chinese.
Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Sales Executive / Sales Agent.
Candidate with sophisticated and relevant experience can apply for the General Manager.
