如何报名参加融入班？

刚来德国不久，在慕尼黑，前几天刚办完延签（我是家庭团聚签），德语水平几乎为零，准备参加融入班。
延签时，外管局给了一张纸和融入班学校的列表。
该张纸第一句话如下：

; q/ d5 F7 [9 ?4 l: v我用google翻译了一下，似乎就是资格证明信的意思。
请问是否直接拿这张纸就可以去报名了呢？

但我朋友告诉我他之前是先到难民局填表申请，然后才收到资格证明信，凭那个信再去报名的。

  I8 Q% v$ Z. K3 n: w4 V- h- XIf you have received your certificate of eligibility (Berechtigungsschein) from the foreign affairs office (Ausländerbehörde), the next stage is for you to choose an integration course provider.

我的理解是凭我现有的那张纸应该就可以去报名了，不知道理解得对不对哦？

你又不是难民，干嘛和难民局扯上关系啊。
融合班是对很多种居留的人学习德语以及德国知识的，不是专门给难民的。你拿的就是参加融合班的证明。你的那个朋友如果是难民身份，那可能才需要申请之类的吧。
; E7 u" A  O) C+ O0 W% ~* g6 q- g再说了，德语班其实任何人都可以报名的，也许难民除外，但是你有证明就有优先，以后考试通过可能还会有学费的减免

你就带好那张证明去语言学校报名就可以了，你只需要支付约100欧元，没有就贵很多。
