Service Engineer   

Job description: 1. Answer calls and emails from customers and respond accordingly.  2. Provide professional  technique support to customers, eg. product-related questions. 3. Trouble shooting according to customer feedback for ultrasound products. 4. Performs maintenance and repairs for ultrasound products according to training. 5. Feedback  the quality issue to improve product’s quality. 6. Guiding customers through ultrasound product installation process. 7. Keep necessary records of product repairs, customer calls and follow-ups. 8. Other customer service-related work.  

Job requirements : 1. Good oral English and Writting 2. Able to lift 25KG on a regular basis 3. Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) 4. Familiar with Wechat, Skype, Whatsapp 5. Settle down in Germany 6. Ability to handle repair and answer customer questions in a timely manner. 7. Working hours ( 8:30am to 5:00pm )  

Job Location:  Krefeld, Nordrhein-Westfalen  

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 /year +

Required education: Bachelor or equivalent.  

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in customer service. Experience or study in electronics. Mandarin speaking will be a plus.
