工作职责：

• 负责完成新能源整车热管理性能目标的制定，对整车热管理开发方案（包括仿真和试验验证方案）进行规划。
• 负责新能源整车热管理系统方案制定与优化， 熟悉整车热管理系统（电池、电机、空调等）的匹配及集成。
• 负责电池、电机、空调等系统热管理策略开发设计。
• 熟练使用Star-CCM+三维仿真，AMEsim/Flowmaster/KULI一维仿真。
• 负责完成样车试制阶段和量产阶段的热管理试验验证及问题解决。
• 分析行业技术发展趋势，研究同类产品，提出新技术研究建议。
  
  

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，有新能源车型热管理系统集成的开发设计经历。
• 具备系统的思考能力，善于识别和洞察风险。
• 具有很强的分析和解决问题的能力。
• 能独立或带领团队完成整车热管理系统的设计及验证开发工作。

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for the completion of the development of electric vehicle thermal management performance goals, planning and development of vehicle thermal management program (including simulation and experimental verification program).
• Responsible for formulating and optimizing the thermal management system of electric vehicle and familiar with matching and integration of vehicle thermal management system (battery, motor, air conditioner, etc.).
• Responsible for battery, motor, air conditioning system thermal management strategy development and design.
• Familiar with Star-CCM + 3D simulation, AMEsim / Flowmaster / KULI one-dimensional simulation.
• Responsible for the completion of prototype car production phase and mass production of thermal management test verification and problem solving.
• Analysis of industry trends in technology, research similar products, proposed new technology research proposals.
  
  

Job requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years work experience, electric vehicle battery, motor, air conditioning and other thermal management system development and design experience is preferred.
• With systematic thinking skills, good at identifying and insight into risk.
• Has a strong ability to analyze and solve problems.

English or German native speaker, chinese language would be a plus
