工作职责：
Develop & execute ecommerce sales strategies & initiatives to achieve the business target
制定并执行电子商务销售策略和计划，以实现业务目标
Explore business opportunities, manage sales growth, explore new customers and manage key customers.
探索商业机会，管理销售增长，探索新客户和管理关键客户。
Achieve sales target, manage sales forecast and the gross profit margin
实现销售目标，管理销售预测和毛利率
Conduct competitor's analysis, market & customers trends as well as product pricing
进行竞争对手分析、市场和客户趋势以及产品定价
Execute & manage business strategy for resellers and partners.
执行和管理经销商和合作伙伴的业务战略。


任职资格：
1. Bachelor degree or above
1. 本科及以上学历
2. More than three years' operation experience in e-commerce companies, independently responsible for the planning, design and implementation of e-commerce projects are preferred;
2.三年以上电子商务公司运营经验，负责电子商务项目的策划、设计和实施优先；
3. Familiar with E-commerce operation, with actual successful cases of e-commerce operation and  experience in market planning and promotion;
3.熟悉电子商务运作，有实际成功的电子商务运作案例和市场策划推广经验；
4. Understanding of ecommerce business and development trend;
4.了解电子商务业务及发展趋势；
5. Strong product, user research and analysis ability, strong insight of market development direction and trends;
5.较强的产品、用户研究分析能力，对市场发展方向和趋势有较强的洞察力；
6. Active, creative and logical thinking;
6.积极、创新、逻辑思维；
7. Fluent in German, can be used as daily working language
7.德语流利，可作为日常工作语言
8. Cross-border e-commerce, home appliance industry ad overseas working experience are preferred
8. 有跨境电子商务、家电行业及海外工作经验者优先
