Position Name: IT Intern – Information Technology

Location: Tianjin Starting Date: Asap.
Short Introduction of functional Area
VWATJ IT Department develops, implements and provides innovative technologies for all out
business departments. Our responsibilities focus on the stable operation and improvement of
our internal applications and the support of our users in every business situation. Innovation
driven we support the fast growth of VWATJ and ensure IT solutions that support product
variety and complexity. Working closely together with Volkswagen IT colleagues worldwide
and international teams on-site we leverage synergies from an IT organization with more than
10000 IT specialists all over the globe.
Your Responsibility
 Client service team assistant: help desk or onsite engineer support, including but not
limited: computer deployment and replacement, software installation and upgrade,
other basic IT problem trouble shooting tasks
 Meeting room IT devices administration
 Assist for the IT inventory management and label management
 Assist for the IT infrastructure and IT application team for project topics
 IT spotlight weekly and IT new technology testing
Your Requirements
 Student majoring in Information technology, Software development, Computer science,
Network engineering or a comparable field of studies;
 Chinese mother tongue and fluent in German or English language
 Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and good team player
 Willingness to learn, ability to work in a team and pro-activeness
 Familiar with basic knowledge of IT
 Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
 Remain accountable when mistake happens and able to speak up if something goes
wrong.

Position Name: Technical Development Intern

Location: Tianjin Starting Date: Asap.
Short Introduction of Technical Development
The VWATJ TD department is the resident function of Volkswagen Group technical
development and creates synergies between VWATJ, VWATD, VGC and Germany.
Through close cooperation with TQA in Test Field, the TD department aims to quickly
implement changes and deviations, as well as define and adapt to local Chinese
requirements.
Your Responsibility
 Support team project
 Support the receiving of machines and the delivery of spare parts
 Support daily work of technical development department
 Creation and maintenance of NDA databank
 Support and analyses for technical issue
 Communication with different departments
 Preparation for supplier visits
Our Requirements
 Students majored in Automotive engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical
engineering or related majors
 Knowledge and strong interest in technical development activities
 Fluent in English and/or German
 Ability to work under pressure, a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
 Above-average reliability and discretion
 Proficient in MS office
 Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
 Remain accountable when mistake happens and able to speak up if something
goes wrong.
