ob Title：Finance Cost Accountant
Direct Report to: Local Finance Manager

Responsibilities
•        Establish and maintain effective and efficient standard cost processes, perform periodic standard cost reviews/ adjustments;
•        Ensure smooth cost accounting, closing and reporting
•        To be responsible for the reconciliation of inventory
•        Familiar with the internal cost control process, and partner with various operation team/ business team to ensure the optimization of the spending structure and timing
•        Drive improvements on company product cost
•        As a key member in accounting, be involved into accounting COA setup, process improvements and internal control framework build up
•        Ensure process integrity within Manufacturing while working with cross-functional peers to resolve process issues
•        To be responsible for standard cost release, set up, updating and cost variance analysis
•        Other related work in GL

Requirements
•        Bachelor's degree in accounting or related area (or equivalent)
•        Good command of both spoken and written German, English would be a strong plus.
•        Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Accounting preferably in a large manufacturing environment with evidence of exceptional ability
•        Ability to understand the manufacturing environment and the associated financial processes; Knowledge of supply chain, receiving, inventory flow, operations process and manufacturing principles
•        Ability to multi-task and drive actions to completion under strict deadlines.
•        Must be able to collaborate and build positive relationships with other teams within Finance as well as cross-functionally outside Finance to effectively make recommendations, implement process improvements, etc.
•        Detail oriented and comfortable working with large data sets
•        Action-oriented and solution-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
