Electronics EngineerEntryLevel Position
The main missions of the role are to:
1.Design, develop and improve products for automotive infotainment and driverinterface system; 2.Start from Schematic design, layout design/check, and carry over the productinto SOP. Verify and validate designs on bench and in vehicle; 3.EMC following and fix during product validation stage; 4.Problemsolving/customer report support & supplier support during productdevelopment stage; 5.Ensure on-time delivery for HW design results and part performance; 6.Follow engineering design process and product release procedures followingprogram milestone needs. Qualifications:

Degree or above in Electrical or Electronics Engineering ; 2.With at least 3 years' electronic circuit and hardware design working experience; 3.Working knowledge of and/or skill in one or more of the following areas: Analogand digital circuit Powerelectronics design/application Zuken/ Mentor tool application CAD design and CAE analysis tool application EMC test, troubleshooting and design experience Simulation experience like Hyperlink, MathCAD, Saber and other simulation tools using 4.Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required; 5.With task and work planning skill; 6.With positive people interface attitude; 7.Can travel based on business need;

QualityEngineer
EntryLevel Position
The main missions of the role are to:
- Has the authority to stop any non-conforming products and processes in development and prototype phases.
- Has the authority to give a deviation approval to the Pilot Plantregarding non confirming purchased or inhouse parts.
- Managedeviation approval requests to the Program Team.
- Ensure implementation and respect of customer and PPV Quality standards and procedures in the Pilot Plant for the dedicated program(s).
- Stick to the released Prototype and/or Pre-series Control Plan and make sure jointly with the PQL that the document is up-to-date
- Stick to Work Orders and ID Card budget, report any deviation (add-on) to the Quality Manager
- Perform final check
- Manage(jointly with the PQL) statistical analysis required from the Program team
- Create and update checking instructions act. To the released Control Plan
- Create and update boundary samples with the PQL for all inspection steps.
- Release the Pilot Plant tracking sheets and working instructions if necessary
- Monitor the traceability of parts within the Pilot Plant for S/R and special parts.
- Coach and train the operators and auditors on the self-inspection method.
- Is responsible for the quality of Pilot Plant´s deliverables to the customer jointly with all the production units involved (GAP)
- Attend and/or lead UAP & Line QRCI meetings (Quick Response ContinuousImprovement), jointly with program core team(s).
- Manage the complaints to the suppliers and control the non-conforming flow (Quarantinearea, N/C logbook, rework, part release, deviation request) jointly with QualityAuditor, ASQ and PQL from program team(s) involved.
- Is responsible with the Supervisor for the management of customer claim addressed to the Pilot Plant (8D and/or PDCA & lessons learned)
- Monitor and report the Quality indicators (Complaints to supplier, results of product audits, results of inspection, customer complaints, scrap rate, defect per unit, capability studies, etc) on a weekly basis
- Capture all the build issues and communicate them to the related Program Core Team members. Then participate in the action plan definition.
- Performpermanently geometrical and perceived quality follow-up (eg: gap & flush reports and demerit audits, Ppk, action plan,…) with support from laboratory and PQL.
- Network with Pilot Plant and Programs.
ProgramLogistic Engineer
EntryLevel Position
The main missions of the role are to:
1. Planning
- Consolidation of internal and external needs for prototype and Preseries phases.
- Establishment and update of build plan for all proto and preseries phases.
- Administration of internal and external changes in part requests
- Planning and specification in conjunction with supply chain (according to PMS) pre-series packaging for inhouse production and assemblies
- Order placement and follow-up
- Establish and update orders for BOP, raw materials and packaging
- Follow up of orders concerning fulfillment of deliveries
2. Transports
- Coordination and documentation of deliveries of toolmakers to photoshops and plants
- Coordination and documentation of deliveries of photoshops to customer, service suppliers and plants
- Ordering via SAP FCS
3. Optimisation of transport flows
- Invoice control
- Check and reporting of actual and up-to-date logistic costs to the project.
- Comparison of actual to planned logistic budget
4. Miscellaneous
- Strict application of Faurecia Product Standards and Guidelines, ERP/FCS rules
- Preparation of prog logistic relevant documents for Gate reviews
- Supports transfer of the activity to the plants
ProgramDevelopment Leader
EntryLevel Position
The main missions of the role are to: Asa member of the Program Core Team, the PDL is in charge of the complete engineering of the product and process, in compliance with Quality, Cost, Timing, Performance, and People objectives and within PMS requirements.
His/her scope of responsibilities Scope of work & time frame
- goes from concept design received from Concept Engineering to Start-Of-Production +3/6 months (once quality standards have met customer specifications), from PMS phase 2 to phase 4 when in development is in phase 5 when he/she is in charge of serial life development
- Build the internal engineering schedule to match with the customer master schedule and industrialization/purchasing constraints.
- All tasks are done with the appropriate tools and in compliance with the PMS work-packages, FES standards & 7-Quality-Basics, in support of functional milestone "time to pass" objective.
- Reporting: Monthly report summary on PRC-template, including risk and opportunities and corresponding action plans.
- He capitalizes experience on the development through lessons learned process
