JobResponsibilities:

• Analyzing financial data, trends, and patterns to identify     potential risks or opportunities for improvement
• Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that deadlines are     met and objectives are achieved
• Providing leadership in creating a culture of risk management in     the organization
• Managing budgets and developing financial plans to meet organizational     goals
• Providing guidance to junior finance staff members on complex     accounting and EU Tax issues, precisely on EU triangulation Tax,     subsidiary opening, PE risk, holding company etc.
• Developing financial models to support strategic planning activities
• Preparing reports on financial performance to identify areas of     improvement or concern
  

Job Requirements

·      Minimal bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, businessadministration

·       In-depthknowledge of accounting and EU national tax policies and laws

·       Atleast 10 years of experience in a related role

·       Beorganized and planned, coordination skills

·      Have goodcommunication in German, English, Chinese

·      Good leadership withjunior member

·      Skills to review financial data, assess companyperformance and develop strategies to improve financial performance. Revisecompany budgets and forecast future financial needs.

·      Responsible for overseeing the financialoperations of an organization. They are often responsible for identifying andresolving any issues that may arise. Effective problem-solvers are able toidentify the source of problem, develop a solution and implement the solutioneffectively, responsible for training and developing their team members, sothey may need to be able to provide solutions to common workplace issues.

Make decisions that affectthe company’s financial health. They use their critical thinking skills toanalyze data, evaluate options and make informed decisions. Senior financemanagers may also use critical thinking to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
