IT Operation and Maintenance

Language：English + German or Chinese + German        

Location：Frankfurt

Client：China Unicom- Alibaba Group

Responsibility：

"1. Responsible for the control of work order allocation, tracking and operation progress, and timely communication with Alibaba issuers;

2. Responsible for the implementation, problem feedback and promotion of the solution of established processes and specifications (including but not limited to technical specifications ""SOP"", ""Knowledge Base"" and management specifications ""Outsourcing Management Specification"") at IDC site;

3. Responsible for IDC on-site O&M data statistics and records;

4. Responsible for the technical training and assessment of on-site operation and

maintenance engineers;

5. Responsible for regularly adding, sorting and updating on-site operation and

maintenance experience, and submitting it to the Alibaba project team for review, and

assisting the Alibaba project team to update the Knowledge Base after approval;

6. Compile and send various reports (such as weekly operation and maintenance reports,

etc.) on time;

7. According to the requirements of IDC managers, complete other IDC O&M tasks with

high quality and efficiency;

8. Inspect the computer room, find problems in time and feedback to the computer room

manager;

9. Continuously summarize and update on-site operation and maintenance experience,

and submit it to the computer room manager after sorting;

10. Respond to all kinds of new work orders and emergencies in accordance with SLA

requirements;

11. Responsible for 7*24, 5*8 rotation duty in the computer room, strictly abide by all on-

site specifications and processes.

12. According to the requirements of Alibaba's project team, such as reassurance, or in the

event of a sudden emergency, can quickly respond to on-site support."

Requirements：

Diploma or above, preferably in computer or network;
Fluent in both English and Germany, Mandarin or any other third language is preferred;
1-5 years of working experience in IP or IT project delivery; this requirement can be relaxed to some extent for outstanding fresh graduates;
