• Supervise the implementation of post transaction tasks for currently established and newly set-up Joint Ventures. Responsibility: Ensure that the Joint Ventures act in accordance to the agreed business plans and the Tognum rules and regulations described in the Joint Venture contracts.
6 Z' K: {" O8 Q• Monitor the performance of the assigned Joint Ventures in relation to the agreed business plans and the respective market and business development.8 R& K- k" `' ]3 c
• Settle disputes between the Joint Venture partners. Responsibility: Ensure proper behaviour of related parties.
