I received your coordinates via xxxx whom introduced us to you and probably explained about our challenges in finding copywriters in the China area. I take the liberty to describe below what profiles of people we are looking for – based in the China area, a.o. Taiwan, PRC, HongKong. Enclosed you find some articles of our writers for your illustration. It’s important the copywriters we are looking for also know and speak good English besides Mandarin Chinese and of course they need to be able to write about high-technology in the telecom world (broadband, carrier market) and/or the healthcare IT world (technologies used in hospitals).
Alcatel-Lucent:
We are currently looking for a native Chinese freelance journalist (with a good knowledge of the English language as well) for an assignment in Taipei, Taiwan in December, where we will organize a live interview in Mandarin Chinese with the CEO of an important Taiwanese company and other highly-ranked people. The writer should have experience in telecom. The outcome of the interview will be a written 4-page case study (800 words article) and video interviews with the same customers. You can find some examples of similar case studies enclosed.
Agfa HealthCare:
We’re also looking for writers with a medical-technical background (knowledge of workflow management, healthcare IT, radiology or cardiology) to work with us for an international healthcare publication. Our customer is a leading provider of imaging and healthcare IT solutions. Please find some examples of articles in the attachment.

It’s a project based job – so temporary – our writers are mostly people being independent (freelance). We are strengthening our network, as companies like ALU and Agfa do not want to pay a lot of travel costs we are looking for writers in the most important cities in ASPAC. Start time depends from our customers and when they want an interview to take place, normally we’re talking about 2 to 3 cases per quarter (New Year and summer period excluded). When people do a good job, they remain in our network for the coming years, most of our writers are already working with us for more than 10 years. Sometimes it’s live interviews with or without video, sometimes it’s phone interviews.
