岗位职责：

1. 用户需求调研和用户行为分析，从产品的目标用户出发，制定产品的发展方向与计划;
2. 产品前期规划，确定产品功能、流程，用户体验以及后台运营方案，熟练使用visio ,PRD等产品设计软件；
3. 组织本地beta测试, 负责产品开发中的测试团队的沟通工作, 驱动项目，保证产品顺利上线及快速迭代；
4. 产品的日常维护和功能改进，提高产品的用户体验 ；验证产品的定义是否准确，管理产品在当地市场的生命周期。
5. 监控竞争对手的产品策略，进行相关产业的市场研究和分析，保证产品的竞争优势。

任职要求：
1. 大学本科以上学历，2年以上互联网或者同类工作经验；
2. 充分了解互联网及移动互联网，对互联网产品设计及用户行为有深刻理解和独到见解，敏锐的洞察力，善于发现和把握推动业务发展的机会；
3. 具备出色的逻辑分析能力、数据敏感度和洞察；2年以上互联网产品设计经验或APP产品设计经验，具备移动互联网从业作品优先；
4. 了解智能家居行业发展现状，对新市场、新领域的发展和行业研究充满激情；
5.熟悉linux/tcp/ip/http/网络的基础知识，熟悉物联网/智能家居产品和云服务的基础知识
5. 要求能快速反应、快速执行、良好的跨部门沟通协作能力和团队意识、项目推动能力、个人陈述能力，
6. 良好的中英/德文沟通能力；
7. 做事认真负责、积极主动，并且能承受压力。

Job Summary:  
The product manager manages the day to day Go-to-Market activities of the organization. He/she supports on the execution of the product strategy for building SENGLED as the best brand for LED Smart Lighting products in Europe. Key is to have a close mind for the customer. You’re a technology fascinated person with three to five years of experience looking to build products which engage potential customers. You’re excited to conduct competitive research, analyze web and product usage metrics, or research product supporting documentation. You have a keen sense of what makes a good product, high standards for good user experiences, and you can communicate your ideas clearly. You enjoy being part of a fast-paced, collaborative team and want to be an integral part of the product development process from conception to development to testing and launch.

Duties of the product manager include additionally:
Competitor analysis
Go to market project tracking
Product development follow up andtransparency creation
Feedback process lead
Testing lead
Setup of exhibitions and customer experience
Requirements for the role:
Bachelor degree or apprenticeship or engineering
Strong analytical and project management skills
Internship in product management or similar
Technical education of any sort
Confident and dynamic personality
skills in working with excel, Power Point, Word, Visio and PRD
Basic knowledge about linux/tcp/ip/http and smart home
Fluent in Chinese, English or German
Car driving licence
Tolerant attitude towards people who think differently
