With our affiliated company Solibro Hi-Tech GmbH, located in Bitterfeld-Wolfen, Germany, we offer our international customers the construction of thin-film solar turnkey facilities equipped with our high standard CIGS technology.
Be part of our trainee program and experience the whole process of transfering our technology from Germany to a big scale turnkey facility in China.
Engineer Trainee China (m/f)
Limited to three years with one year assignment in Germany

YOUR TASKS
  Get to know the real production of solar modules at our sister company Solibro GmbH in Bitterfeld-Wolfen
  In a twelve months intensive job training, operators and engineers will show you a full scale production line in Germany which we will then transfer with you to China
  Move to China and be part of the large on-site project team
  Help us ramp-up all equipment and processes at the customer’s premises in China
  Support the equipment check ups and functionality tests on-site
  Transfer your own experience and knowledge to the on-site operators of the customer

YOUR PROFILE
  Completed study in the field of physics, chemistry, material sciences, mechanical engineering, business engineering or equivalent engineering sciences
  First professional experience either as an internship, working student or job beginner
  Ideally knowledge of semiconductor, photovoltaics, vacuum coating or larg-scale glass coating
  Basic German, good English and very good Chinese language skills
  Communicative personality
  Willingness to deal with new technology and to aquire new knowledge
