HR Assistant

(Shanghai)

Entry Level Position

- Gain and develop an understanding of necessary management development process and tools, assist the introduction and implementation in all plants cross China area;

- Support Talent Acquisition to ensure proper resources & reservoir

- Assist job/organization analysis; works on HR variety people development projects to support the programs implementation

- Ensure the system data accuracy to feed further people development analysis, by use of core Human Resources Information Systems;

- Learn to interpret and influence site HRs fully comply the standard to input and maintain employee information in the system;

- Conduct reporting analysis including consolidate the cross plant/function data, analyze facts, draft findings, and write elementary reports;

- Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned
