职 位 基 础 信 息 ：
?  工作地点：汉堡
?  汇报对象：欧洲总经理

岗 位 职 责 ：
?  对德国仓库的整体运营利润状况负责；
?  规划与实现支持公司客户与产品线路图的运营能力；
?  负责进口到德国的关务及港到仓服务的日常管理，确保服务等级协议（Service-Level
Agreement）的达成；
?  负责仓库的日常运营管理，确保上架及时率、出库及时率、库存准确率、退货（RMA）处理
及时率和库内 SLA 的达成；
?  负责相关尾程供应商的管理，确保派送准时率的达成，并进行新供应商的信息收集与选择，拓
展服务的全面性，优化尾程成本；
?  负责德国仓的应收账款；
?  负责从德国仓退运回中国的德国段服务，包括库内操作、跨境空、海运服务；
?  负责德国仓库人员的日常管理，并对标准化操作流程、客诉处理流程等进行培训及考核；

· Report to: Managing Director of  Europe

According to strategy of the company, formulate and implement company's annual target,
taking charge of the P&L for the warehouse;
· Responsible for the Warehouse operation and management, address and resolve issues that
arise in day-to-day operations, ensuring the completion of SLA;
· To ensure all the transport management of multi-Channel operations including return
shipment, collection, receiving and delivery;
· Develop relationships with vendors and in charge of the final selection of the suppliers for the
warehouse to enhance the quality of service and optimize the costs;
· Business development and marketing promotion, collecting marketing information in the
industry;
· Coordinate and review with financial company and ensure report, tax return is completed in
time;
· Establish and improve all the policies for the company: including human resource, finance,
business processes, as well as safety management, etc.;
· Organize all aspects of work for the team including business management, training and
performance evaluation
任 职 要 求 ：
?  华人，在德国生活至少 5年以上，有跨境仓管理或电商工作经验；
?  中文、英文及德文听说读写流利，熟练操作电脑及 Word、Excel、Powerpoint 等相关办公软
件；
?  熟悉进出口海、空运运输流程，了解当地仓储行业相关政策和标准，仓库管理模式及操作流
程；
?  具有良好的成本核算能力、市场预测能力，能进行业务拓展；
?  具有良好谈判技巧及内、外部沟通协调能力，责任心和抗压能力强。
Above 30 years old, Chinese, Bachelor degree (Major in Logistics, Business administration,
or related);
· At least 3 years E-commerce Logistics management experience, E-commerce warehouse
management is a plus;
· Good skills of computer application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & Mandarin, good written
English is also required ;
· Having sharp insight of market and strong capacity of business development;
· Organized, self-motivated and good interpersonal communication skills.
