Stock management specialist

Your tasks:

• SKU- and location maintenance physically and systematically using WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Supporting stocktaking and carrying out stock corrections
• Develop inventory plans and generate daily replenishment tasks. Supervise implementation and check results.
• Lead and supervise daily value-added service processing
• Solving any kind of abnormal, exceptions of SKUs
• Analysis and report compensations of SKUs caused by whs.
• Searching for missing SKUs caused by whs.
• Communication with Chinese service team and arrange people to complete the temporary tasks assigned by the warehouse management and Chinese management.
  
  

What you bring to the table:

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of warehouse industrial experience.
• Administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with diverse warehouse management software.
• Good communication skills, independent working ability, ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to think logically, be good at summarizing and structuring.
• Fluency in English and German, Chinese is plus.

• 负责 SKU 及库位物理层面及系统层面的维护工作。安排 实地核查及数据采集，更新系统内 SKU 及库位等各项参数
• 制定盘点计划及生成每日补货任务。监督实施并抽查结果。
• 领导及监督每日增值服务处理情况。及时汇报及处理各项异常。
• 分析、处理及解决各项SKU异常 （出入库、库内）
• 对仓库原因造成的SKU赔付进行分析及报告。对仓库原因产生的丢失SKU安排查找并追赔。
• 随时与总公司客服沟通并一同处理各项问题。随时安排人员完成仓内及国内领导布置的临时任务。
