1. Full time accountant (1 person) Working Location: Landsbergerstr. 110-114, D-80339 München
<Principal Responsibilities>
-- Conduct day-to-day accounting transactions posting in coordination with group accounts teams and in compliance with group policies and procedures and with knowledge of US GAAP; -- Maintenance of petty cash and business expenses; -- Running BACS and cheque-runs; -- Maintenance of fixed asset register including preparation of monthly depreciation journals; -- Assisting the local tax accountant for quarterly and annually tax return. -- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures -- Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities -- Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
<Academic and Working Background> -- Accounting degree or equivalent; -- Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles; -- Knowledge of economic principles; -- Knowledge of auditing practices and principles; -- Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations; -- Knowledge and experience of related computer applications; -- A minimum of 2 years experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice; <Language Skills> -- Fluent with English and German; Chinese is a plus.
2. Sales Representative (Module Sales) (1 person) Working Location: Landsbergerstr. 110-114, D-80339 München <Primary responsibilities>
-- New customer development, contract signing and achieve sales target set by HQ
-- Develop customer relationships and manage assigned accounts to result in continued revenue generation and high levels of customer satisfaction.
-- Ongoing management and retention.
-- Communicate with different functioning departments in HQ to coordinate relationships between customers and company
-- Weekly report on current performance and forward forecast, analyze current situations and develop solution to break through
-- Local market information collection, and periodically report to higher managers
<Desired Skills & Experience> -- Strong sales experience: ideally has worked in a sales role for 1+ years in a PV industrial organization with progressive experiences;
-- Solid working knowledge of sales, business development, and account management;
-- Excellent negotiation skills and be able to communicate with customers at all levels;
-- Strong customer relationship skills, ability to grow and retain accounts, build relationships, quickly spot and communicate potential risks and issues;
-- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment, willingness to be an active participant in a team environment and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
<Language Skills>
-- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
