Finance Assistant

Manning Global is currently looking for a Finance Assistant (m/f) on a permanent basis to join our International Finance and Accounting department in Munich. This position is to start immediately, and we shall consider Candidates who can demonstrate the below, full training shall be given.


Responsibilities

This shall involve, but not limited to the invoicing, financial bookings on internal systems, creating, maintaining and improving internal overview updates and general credit control. In short, the role shall include as per below:-

•        Processing of financial/business data and invoices for debitors and/or creditors.
•        Checking, correcting and maintaining a variety of financial and other business records and documents for internal and external audits.
•        Preparing and/or assisting with various financial or administrative reports for e.g. credit control, administration of payment, etc.
•        Coordination with international customers regarding finance related documents and processes

Requirements

•        Two to three years of related financial/office experience preferred but not mandatory.
•        Desirably attained a degree in finance, accounting or similar
•        High attention to detail, with a penchant for working with Data in a financial environment
•        Positive and friendly disposition, be a team player,
•        Proven ability to work within strict timelines
•        Experience with the booking tool SAGE an advantage
•        Fluent English and Chinese necessary, German minimally conversational
