-      Responsible to optimize, stabilizeand standardize the production processes of Nonwovens at TENOWO. Monitoring theTENOWO production process and Initiate process improvements with the goal to improve product Quality, consistency and Productivity

-       B.S. degree in Engineering/ Textiles and preferableNonwoven experience, 3-5 years college degree and Adequate professional experience in "textiles" and orautomotive applications

-      Fluent in Chinese and English, ableto speak, read and write basic German
