Internship: IT System Operation & Project Management Assistant

工作地Job location:  Duesseldorf(杜塞) 或者 Munich (慕尼黑)

Main Responsibilities:

-Responsible for IT System Operation related to operating system, workplace service, networking

-Level-1 and Level-2 service support

-Assistant of project delivery management

-Reporting about IT operation analysis, improvement solution

-Rollout of IT business process & procedure improvement solution

-Maintain the handbook of IT operation and service delivery

Requirements:

-Min. 6 months Internship of Bachelor/Master with direction of Informatik, Computer Science or Engineering technology

-Comprehensive knowledge of computer architecture, network architecture, TCP/IP, Microsoft Windows OS/ AD

-Skills of Microsoft Windows OS administration, IP network topology design

-Basic knowledge of network devices operation and maintenance, e.g. Cisco, HP

-Very good skill on Excel and PPT to use marco or plugin to finish complex report

-Ability for interpersonal skills

-Ability to work and solve problems independently

-Well team working, proactive, responsible and result-oriented

Language

-German fluent in spoken and written

-English fluent in spoken and written

-Chinese fluent is preferred
