招聘岗位：EHS工程师

• Responsibilities/岗位职责:
• Set up and optimize EHSmanagement system, implement EHS procedure and action.
• Develop and enforceorganization environment, safety and health programs in compliance with allrelated regulations for site.
• Develop EHS related SOPs basedupon corporate EHS management system, take in charge of delivering EHS goal andplanning to each related department and site.
• Identify potential final drug product operation risks and facilitatethe process to eliminate or minimize the impact on the final drug product operationand employees.
• Responsible for the access control management.
• Implement emergency system management andcoordinate affairs, communicate with external EHS supervising agencies.
• Support EHS audit from client, followup corrective and preventive action plan completion.
• Familiar with final drugproduct manufacturing related EHS requirements and knowledge.
• Familiar with EHS managementsystem such as ISO14001, ISO45001 etc.
• Conduct EHS incidentinvestigation and follow up CAPA.
• Responsible for external EHSagencies’ inspection and make sure the corrective actions are fullyimplemented.
• Responsible for coordinationand communication with other functional departments, and make sure thecommunication channel is smooth.
• Perform other responsibilitiesassigned by the management, e.g. EHS training etc.
  

• Requirements/职位要求:
  
  

• Bachelor degree and above.
• 5 years multi-national pharmaceutical company EHS working experienceand 2 years EHS management experience at least, better have final drug product manufacturingsite working experience.
• Good abilities for planning andexecution, analysis and decision making, be able to properly deal withemergency events.
• Good communication andcoordination skill.
• Must work both independently& as a team member.
